My wedding is November, 2009...do you think that we can wait until after the holidays and new year to start looking into photographers? Or should we jump on it if we want to get a good one? I just don't know how early people are booking photogs these days...
i'm getting married in nov also. i plan on waiting a few more months before starting to look at photographers.
FH and I wanted Angelica Glass and reached out to her. She doesn't book more than 14 months in advance. I think us mid to late 09ers have time!
I already booked mine because we want to spend most of the budget on photography and entertainment.
FH and i are waiting at least until Jan is over. I'd like to book in the summer but i think the earlier the better b/c rates always go up. but you also want to make sure your photographer will still be with the company and all the other little things you have to consider.
Im trying to book no so that I can start paying on it. Our goal is to have most of this wedding paid off by the beginning of 09

I booked my photog in August because it was really important to me to get who I wanted...I have heard that photogs have been booking up but if you don't have anyone particular in mind then I would wait. But if you want one of the big name photogs do it now.
I'm hoping to see about booking when my sister comes up to pick up her video/album from her photographer. That will be in a few weeks... I guess its never too early. Especially if you're sold on one particular photographer!

i booked mine on Sept b/c it was verry important to me to have the option to choose between the photographers I like and I knew that Thomas Paul have a lot of demand
