booking photographer tonight any last min..

Don't mind my wacky post of nothing if you saw it. I am getting nervous!!!

Any last minute things I should talk to him about? What MUST be in the contract?

I am writing suggestions for those that are getting ready to book photographer.

1. Make sure your contract specifically states the time the photographer arrives at your house/hotel, the ceremony and the reception beginning and ENDING time. I want him till the last dance which would be at 12:30 am. He wrote that in.
2. Make sure the cost of the additional proofs is written down if you want to purchase proofs over your maximum amount included in your package.
3. Try to get those thank you cards thrown in. I find these to be the most useless items especially if we have to pay anymore than we already have to.
4. Make sure the cancellation or refund policy is somewhere on the contract.
5. EVERYTHING is written on the contract. Example: I am not a fan of b/w but love color and candids. So he wrote one roll of b/w. Had we not discussed this before hand, I would have had half my proofs in b/w which I wouldn't be too happy with.
6. Make sure your minimum and maximum amount of proofs are written in the contract.
