booking the HM

So I'm getting ready to book the HM, we decided on Royal Hideaway Playacar in Mexico. I'm just afraid to book it, I don't know why. I know I have to do it, b/c we're doing it through our timeshare and they will run out of timeshare rooms. the hotel is beautiful. can someone just tell me to do it already. i don't know why i'm so hesitant. FH is just like book it already lol

thanks for putting up with my mini vent!

Re: booking the HM

We JUST booked it all today - same place

My aunt, a travel agent, RAVES about it. She's been everywhere and says she's never received better service and higher-class facilities in any othe hotel!

Go for it!! You wont be disappointed. We're doing 10 nights there - I'll miss you there by a few days!!

I always go with my gut. If I'm not sure about something I wait alittle while longer to think about it. Good luck!

Its tough - but sometimes you just gotta do it! The flights are going up, by the way. We checked last week and it was $350/person. Totaly it was $412/person, so we booked it now before it got any higher (non stop from JFK)

Anytime!!

Its funny - I was SOOOOOOOOO anti going to Mexico until I came across RH. It just looks so freaking awesome!!! The entire staff knows your name after day 1, poolside service involves moist towels, drink service, food service, etc. And the fact they stock your mini-fridge with ANYTHING you want to drink (liquor or non-alcoholic) sold me!

So funny how hard it is....I know for myself I have only been on three real vacations in my ENTIRE life....we travel a lot to surrounding states to be with family often, but RARELY have I really been away.......It felt so final when we made the pic on our honeymoon.....I also know that when we found the place for us it jsut felt right and maybe your hesitant because you are not getting that feeling??

For us I felt like everywhere we looked was awesome and we just had a hard trime trying to pick one. But after reading entirely too many reviews on tripadvisor (aka the devil), we just decided to pick a place. When you get to the honeymoon level of resorts, you're really choosing among the best of the best. No matter what, I don't think you can go wrong. The honeymoon - or any vacation - is all about what YOU make of it....so I think you should just go for it!
