Can someone who is far along in the process give me a loigcal time frame of when I should be booking vendors, the hair person, etc..??

If I were you I would work on Hall and church/ceremony loction ASAP. Then I would work on photogrpaher, video, and limos next...in that order. They book up fast. Makeup, and hair can be done soon, but they arent # 1 on the list IMO. I woujld also get my dress asap also..they can take up to 6-8 months to come in and then you will need alterations.

I would get the Hall and churh ASAP. Try to book as many things as possible before the holiday season starts. Alot of people get engaged around this time and prices tend to go up. I would also get the photographer and DJ taken care of.
