Booklet Style Menu
Start by creating the folded backing for the menu. Take a 5½ by 14 inch paper and fold in half so it creates two panels of 5½ by 7 inches.
Print your menu and a thank you message on two 5 by 6 ½ inch pieces of paper, leaving 1½ inches between the title and the list of food items for the ribbon design.
Cut two strips of ribbon 6 inches in length.
Wrap the first strip of ribbon around the front of the piece of paper, in the upper half of the 1½ inch space. Glue the ends of the ribbon on the back side of the piece of paper.
Place the second strip of ribbon so that it is positioned on the lower half of the 1½ inch space overlapping the first ribbon slightly. Again, glue the ends of the ribbon on the back of the piece of paper.
To finish, glue the two pieces of paper on the left and right hand side of the menu backing.
