Has any of you girls looked into the boot camp out in Jericho? Im am so interested. Looks like suck hard work and will kick my a$$ Has anyone done this??

My girlfriends brother did this, and im almost positive for the 6 weeks 4xs a week it is 1 k
Its steep but i have no self motivation right now!!!!

I actually inquired about this, but it was like 4 days a week for 6 weeks and I was afraid I couldnt dedicate that much time to it. When I call, the woman called me back and was so energetic and I am sure it would kick you a$$.

Ok so let me just say that me nd my Friend Desiree just did our 7th class last nite. And like I thought, it really kicks your ***. But you see results. Everything is tightening up
We met a girl there last nite that just joined b/c of this post it really is great I highly recomend it!!!!

I have to say it was the hardest thing I have ever done!! I can't believe how intense it is!
Everyone was extremely nice and I am most;y looking forward to tonight. Its will be my second time and I am hoping, I do better!

Yay Hi, I know the first nite is always the hardest and just think u didnt even do a whole class, today and tonight will be much harder for you, but I promise it get much better, esp when you start seeing results.
But take it slow they let you your first week. Youll get used to it and do better and it wont hurt so much.
It is the best work out and they push you soo much. Ill see you tonight, ur going at 6:00 again, right?

pure power boot camp?
price is GREAT- i just can't get myself to go alone..i need a buddy system!
u have to dedicate 6 weeks 1 hour a day.
