Boothless Photo Booth

Boothless Photo Booth

So, my FW wants a photo booth and I really want to make that happen for her. We were at a wedding a little while back, in CT, and they had a boothless photo booth, just a backdrop and some hats, scarves, boas, ect. and it was really fun. She wants that kind of thing rather then the actual photo booth machine. Any ideas?

I saw an article a while back that did something similar to this but they used a MacBook instead and the guests went by and took pictures on it, that way the photos were already on the computer for the couple.

Another thing i saw which was really cute is a similiar setup as you described and a Polaroid camera (or something similar) was used and after the picture was taken, the guest wrote messages on the bottom of the pictures and hung them on a board

I've heard of people going through their photographer for this. They set up a station with one of the photog's assistants and guests dress up for photos.

The only thing with Polaroids is the photos will fade eventually....

My bestie had this type of photobooth and it was still a huge hit with guests! I wanted the real deal photobooth at my wedding (plus we had the budget for it), so that's what we had, but her 'boothless' photo booth was a great success as far as I'm concerned and a great alternative for a smaller budget!
