So I'm taking this course this week. Soooooooo boring. I have this week and next week and then I'm done with my special ed certification!!! Wahooo!
But until then.....this the most boring class I have ever sat through. 7 hours of lecture from a woman who speaks so slow I find myself wanting to say 'just spit it out already.' We all sit her on our laptops.....but even that is getting old now.
Any teachers out there ever take a CITE course?

It's 7 hours.....5 days. Then next week I have a different course.....7 hours a day, 5 days.
This woman right now is insane! She is seriously a lunatic.

I did cite classes.. the first year of my masters. It was good cause I was able to pay for my master. bad cause they would teach the first day then you would teach the rest by giving presentations. ugh.. whatever the outcome was good.

I already finished my masters 2 years ago. I'm just doing credits for MA+. CITE is cheap. Also, i'm doing them to get special ed certification.

i dont know any specific openings. But I do know they are hiring in the city for special ed. You should call NYC dept of education. Ask how to apply. I think the online system is down.

im sorry dont but have you checked the DOE website or maybe thursdays child, or any of those special service or assessment agencies? i know alot of girls at my school arent teaching right now but do early intervention stuff and actally love it
