Borne Mansion and Lands End Pricing

Does anyone have approx. pricing for a Saturday Evening in Sept/Oct/Nov at Borne Mansion or Lands End?

Ben at the Bourne was offering us $133 before tax and service charge. Didn't go to Lands End though.

I just reserved my wedding date at the bourne for May 2012! The May rates were a lot less then the June-Oct rates. I think the $133 rate would have been for a Saturday in May or November...if its for June-October that is amazing!

Yep it was for October this year, I believe for the 22nd.

We looked at Bourne as soon as we got engaged (September '10) and they quoted us $110/pp Fri night in November '11 and the $4k site fee.

It was out of our price range... which I was so upset about, cause I fell in love with it.

Never been to Lands End- but heard great things about it!!

Was that for any friday in November that you got the $110 quote? The lowest I was able to get for a Friday in May was $117 and May and November are supposed to have the same rates..........

Yikes, I'm sorry I'm not 100% sure- it MAY have been the 18th.

I can also tell you that 2 weeks after we left Bourne, Ben emailed me and knocked off $10/pp. SO, it is worth it to wait

(the site fee was the only reason we couldn't book-ugh!)

So he took it down to $100.00 per person...before all the other fees.

I was quoted $185 per person for a saturday night in august at Land's End.

I think that may be the same in early fall.

Thank you ladies....I'm actually very suprised to hear that Land's End is more pricey than Borne Mansion.

I realized you have to be careful with the amounts you get quoted per person because from what I have seen and heard the price increases on average $20-$40 p/p when you add the tax, service charge, and tipping.
