I own one but am selling it, have an accepted offer and the contracts are out! I made a lot of money on it over 5 years, great investment. Good luck!!

I just closed on the sale of mine last week. I enjoyed living in my co-op community for the two years I was there and made a great profit. Congrats and good luck.
