Just got it today so I can't say for sure that this vendor is a good one ... but it was $3 on ebay and really pretty... Vendor is factorydirectwedding and they had a TON of wedding items, including cheap mirror cake toppers and swaroski-like sticky crystals so you can make your own topper.
And 4.95 to ship, but all in all, a great price. I was looking for one that didn't have that big bow on it -- I just don't like it and I think it would be tickling my leg the whole day. I may get an organza veil, too - my dress has an organza overlay - so this kinda completes the package.
