They weren't with the wedding stuff. You just have to go to the necklace/bracelet making areas with all the beads and gems and you'll see them there

Bought mine on Etsy from PhotoCharmShop. They turned out AMAZING. So great I went back and bought 2 more for my Grandma and Aunt. The are one of my favorite wedding details!

Mine are from random things both of my grandmothers gave me. One is a set of earrings that will look like 'buttons' and the other is a starfish that will hang from a chain.

funny you should ask i just literally ordered this Bumble Bee Brooch
its symbolic because my parents have always called my 'bee' and for every holiday and birthday since i could remember my mom gets me a little something with a bumble bee on it. i actually ordered 2, one im going to put on my bouqet wrap and the other im going to give to my mother the day of the wedding and tell her 'even though im moving far way, she'll always have her 'bee' with her' (we're moving to houston right before the wedding )
ETA: didnt realize you meant one of the photo charms, im not using a photo charm just attaching a brooch
