Its babys breath but the variety is called Million Star.. Its the smaller one with lots of cute little blossoms. I think it should be OK for fall.... Maybe put some fall leaves around the outside? I think that would look great. Just one thing to keep in mind... sometimes babys breath has a very unique smell that might not be pleasant.

I think it will hold up and not wilt... I'm concerned about the stems breaking. If you brush against it a stem could snap off. You just have to be careful.
