For my sis's wed my mom wanted to carry flowers. I'd ask the mom's what they want.

Our mothers wanted corsages (which is good because I wanted corsages for them too).

My mom asked if she could have a small bouquet for the ceremony and a corsage for the reception. We're getting FH's mom just a corsage.

We did bouquet for one and corsage for the other (after asking each what they wanted).

My mother had one to go on her wrist which she liked much better. She said it would have been a pain to carry anything and she didn't want any pin holes in her dress.

Both mothers (mine and FH) will be holding small clutch of flowers versus a corsage or wrist thingy.

We are doing Corsages . . . IMO it is more appropriate.

I don't really like corsages.. especially for MY mom because that's really not her style. So I had small bo-k made of just 2 roses with some healther wrapped in black satin to match her dress.

The rest of the Moms, Grandmas, etc. had traditional corsages.

i'm not a fan of corsages either, but i haven't seen the MOBor MOG carrying bouquets either. Do they really need the flowers to distinguish themselves? I think most people going to a wedding already know who is who.

As a mom, I'd rather have a corsage. And, I'd rather have it pinned to my little purse. I don't want to wear it on my dress & the wrist thing always annoyed me.
