Showcase April 14th- that is all i know- but we finally have one again

Bleh, I teach Thursday nights. I went to the last one, so I guess I won't be missing anything. I have my tasting on April 30th, anyway. Thanks for the info, though!

What do they do at the showcase? I would love to go, but getting all the way out there during the week is really tough since I live in NYC!

i went to one at timber point - they had all the recomended vendors there
had sample cakes from black forest
sample centerpieces

taste some of cocktail food
had chocalte fountain
tasted the martini bar - which i noticed they had everythign we had specficallya sked for because it used to be lacking

i really want to go - but i don't think i can get to NY - i live in MA and have to go to PA that weekend

too much going on

i might send my Wedding corridinator to take pics and get all my questions answered
