I was quoted $159++ in addition to a 5K site fee for Early October sat night....they did say that if you could guarantee 180 people, the price would go down. This quote may have included Vieneese hour and seafood in CH (can't remember).

I obtained my quote in beginning of March, so I would say that they still have the site fee.

When I looked there in September, they quoted me $110 pp (before tax & gratuity) and $4k site fee for a friday night in november

So gorgeous...!!!
