Bow Tie or Not

Will your FH's be wearing a bow tie or a regular tie with their tuxes? We went last night to llok at styles and didn't get very far....

Bow tie. I feel like the regular ties look too much like you are wearing a suit and not a tux. That's just me though!

Regular tie...neither of us are fans of bow ties (or traditional tuxes, for that matter).

My DH and the bridal party wore bow ties. I agree, and my DH agreed that you look more like a groom with a bow tie, than other ties.

Thanks ladies - He tried it on with a reg tie/vest and like some of you said he looked more like a suit then a tux I think that was the problem. But he still looked good and comfortable. Thank you.

regular tie, he wouldn't think of the bow tie.

FH calls them 'd**key bows' (not sure why, but they are called that where he is from) and he doesn't want to wear one. I like the normal looking ones (a bit wide I think) with waistcoat.
