Boy oh boy you know its bad when you have to ask for prayers

I'm going through some crap this week that is clearly making me very emotional. I'm at the point where all I really need and want to do is just lay in bed and sleep. I think I need some prayers, maybe just to shed some light on my problems. Between this hellish job which I need to leave, stress, and things not falling into place, and the lack of support I get from some family and friends, I really am so relieved that I have you guys some times.

I'm so depressed that I told FH i want to skip my bday. Its that bad. Of course he's like 'no. it would be good for you' but my heart is not into it at all.

Can you please just pray for things to brighten up a little bit? I've hit my rock bottom for sure and I really want to feel better...

i totally know what your going through though....i have been pretty depressed lately bc of my job and some other things that I am not in the mood to do nething either. My bday is on saturday and my friends keep nagging me about going out and doing something...but i just keep saying i dont really wanna do nething. Im just not into a big party thing this year.

I am also feeling like this..job stress, long commute, lack of support from family, selfish friends who are thinking of themselves first...I had a pretty sh!tty Xmas.

But I can tell you, it passes!!! I am getting more excited about everything recently - I think everyone is sort of involved with themselves around the holidays.

Just have a casual bday drinks at a fave bar, and then lay low for awhile until your spirits are back!

I was diagnosed with depression a few years back...it's pretty much the worst feeling in the world. If you feel like this for more than 10-14 days, you might want to talk with your doctor. You can FM me if you want to talk...I've been there. Feel better!
