BP and Bride's Entrance Song

So, my church will only let us pick one song for our entrance. That's one song for the entire bridal party and also for my entrance.

They are Trumpet Voluntary, Canon in D or the Bridal March. Which do you think we should pick?

Canon in D

Wait one for you and one for the BP or one total?

If it is one total I would do Canon D.

that is just plain silly! why won't they let you have a separate one for you???

usually the BP enters---and then the music stops and they roll out the runner and then you have your grand entrance with your own music!

i would ask why you can't have more than one song and demand you be allowed to!!

canon in d sounds so regal.....

that is my choice

i guess if you have to choose just one--Canon in D is great....very elegant and classic

I've suggested to FH that we play 'Another One Bites the Dust' by Queen just to see everyone's reaction

But we're currently undecided.

Can you just stick 2 songs on one CD together? Make a mix tape!

Nope. The organist, and trumpeteer play the music for the church.

don't they usually play more than one song in a church? that stinks...i would say canon in d!
