Ok, next bra-related question for you ladies...About how old is your 'average' bra? (i.e., about how long will you keep one in the rotation?)

jeezalou - i am a bra addict....i usually keep a bra until the straps become week - so probably about 6 months. they say you should change your bras about every 6 months anyway....i just read that recently but i dont know where.....

I have some that last 6 months, some that last a year.....maybe if I took care of them better, they would last longer....

Me too. Some I wear all the time and others I wear only occasionally so they last longer.

me three! I don't wear underwire though - so it is just cotton and lasts and lasts

I just bought all new one's. I try to do that once a year.
ETA: I wear them to the gym too, so after a year, they're done!

This is so funny. I was realizing recently, that some of mine were, ummm, less than supportive Then I realized I have probably had it for like 2 years, so...off to a VS shopping trip. I think I'd have to agree that somewhere between 6 ms to a year has got to be the limit for it to 'work' as its meant to.... Thanks for sating my curiosity!

i have had a few for a few years, too. i am smallish, so i have never really experienced straps stretching out.
my problem is finding one that i like that fits well.
