Bracelet for 5yr old boy

Im trying to find a bracelet to give my godson, as a gift for being my ring bearer, but I cant find any jewelry store that sell children's jewelry. I work near 34th street in manhattan, so I checked out macys, zales and Kay jewelers and Nothing!! I cant believe this is so hard to find especially around communion season...
Do you ladies have any suggestions? either near Mid-town manhattan or around the commack/dix hills area?

Canal street would probably have it or maybe the Diamond district.

We got our RB an engraved dog tag on a chain.

I'm getting ID bracelets for my 5 and 6 y/o nephews as ring bearer gifts from Genarro's in Bellmore. They didn't have much in the store, but they had a huge catalog with tons of options.
