ok so i hate to brag but since im always venting to u guys about myself i figure i would post a positive...since my breakup i tried to 'retrain my brain' that instead of getting down and depressed i would workout instead..well this weekend i went shopping, and i went from a size 7 to a 4/5...i guess running on that treadmill does pay off!!!!
