Braindead and need dinner ideas...please help!

UGH, what a day...it's been nonstop and I feel like I am going insane. Every so often, I check back on here and read some of the PEEPS threads just to make myself laugh (I still think we need to try to get that Peeps Fun Bus to make a stop at the next LIW GTG...but I digress).

The good news is I actually don't have anything after work today (other than doing my taxes...UGH!!!!) so I can actually go home and cook dinner. Problem is, I don't WANT to! It's TOM and I'm tired and crampy. Waah. So, I'm putting out the call for suggestions!!

It needs to be something that doesn't take a HUGE amount of time and effort AND that is on the low-fat side since I'm still on WW. A pretty tall order, I know, so I am counting on you ladies here!!

Y'know, we do have a Foreman Grill. But we don't have enough room to use it indoors and it's still a little too chilly to grill outside (grrr...isn't it supposed to be APRIL?!). Also we had chicken on Sunday. But...I think we've got some salmon burger patties in the freezer we could grill... hmmm.

How about Chinese, and you can get steamed chicken with broccoli or string bean, and put a little sauce on it.. thats a good dinner and they will deliver it !! LOL

Whats a good way to make turkey burgers taste REALLY yummy? I have ground turkey in the fridge and I want to cook it.

I just cook them on the grill & put salt and pepper on them and then eat it with lots of ketchup & I also put cheese on mine.

Mmmm...good ideas! I don't have turkey burgers but we do have BOCAs. Or, I just realized I've got some frozen shrimp and scallops...those are really easy to cook!! Maybe I can steam or saute them with some veggies or something... Getting hungry now...

BTW, I am feeling really wacked out right about now. I think I have completely lost it. I just invited the Peeps to the LIW GTG. I have lost my mind completely. I need to go home now.
