Are you wearing a bra or having cups sewn into your dress? If you have cups then you don't need a bra or am I wrong?
I'm unfortunate because I don't have much up there...would love to take fat from my stomach and inject it in my boobs.
I can't wait for my dress to come in so I can try it on and I need to figure out of I need a bra, etc. It's getting close!!!

Re: bras/cups
I think i'm going to have cups put in. My dress is a halter and the back is pretty low. But I've never had cups before so I'm nervous!!!

Re: bras/cups
I had my fitting yesterday and when I asked the lady if I need a corset she looked at me like 'why would you want to wear one of those' LOL -- she's sewing cups into my gown and since my gown has boning I don't need to wear anything for the tummy area.

Re: bras/cups
I plan on having double cups sewn in, because I'm a dirty cheater. Or, as the owner of my dress shop so nicely put it, I have plenty of time between now and my first fitting in September to get a boob job

Re: bras/cups
i wore a corset top under my dress. go to georgettes' in hicksville. tell her what you want and explain the dress. she is great, and will help you find something. she will even let you buy it to try with a fitting, and return it if it doesn't work with your dress.

I would love to get a boob job btw. But, I'd prefer to get lipp first. Maybe it's a good thing I don't have money. lol

Thanks! I figured I would go see them there. It's right around the corner from where I work.

Re: bras/cups
I've had cups in bridesmaid dresses and felt like all they were were like should pads....they didn't do anything to lift or anything. Are they any better these days? I want push up wire cups. lol Do they exist?

Re: bras/cups
I don't know what I'm doing yet... I don't even think double cups will be enough.
But the back of my dress is pretty low so I don't know if I have another option!

Re: bras/cups
The back of my dress is VERY low. I got a bra from Georgette's in Hickville, it was the lowest back they carry and I still needed to unsnap 2 snaps on the back of the bra, and fold them over and tuck them in. But there is no way my DDD chest is going to stay in my dress with cups...My girls need all the support they can get...
