bravura

did anyone else have a problem trying to get in touch with them? i called about 15 times yesterday and got a recording. i left a message and got a call back, but i was on the train. when i called them back, i got that stupid recording again

I had to leave quite a few messages too..
The are booked all weekend, and in on appointments all day long.. they are so amazing, i forgave them!!

I emailed Tony, i got a response within a day or so .. ( I mentioned it was hard to reach them)
I havent had luck reaching them to change my RH either..

They will call you back i promise.. do not let it discourage you, they are amazing and just very busy which is a good thing!!!!!

yea they're a little hard to get in touch with, I have an appointment with them today at 3pm.

i was just saying the same thing. i'm trying not to hold this against them b/c i hear such great things and i can only imagine how busy they are, but i certainly don't want to be stressed trying to get in touch with them if i book them or have any questions down the line. ahh, i wish i had patience. i'll give it another day

Yes.. that is there one downfall.. I would def email them, or leave a message stating this is the ____ time you called.. they are SOOOOO nice , you will see why people dont mind the phone tag!
I understand your frustrations, but someone is there at every minute so if it was important they will def get back to you..

ITA - don't let it discourage you! I think that the reason you keep getting a recording is if no is in the main office to answer the phone- they must have it forwarded to another phone because when you leave a message they call you back.

I love them! I booked them also - they are amazing! Their offices are really nice too! Both my cousins used them for their weddings and the dance floor was never empty - they really are amazing - I would book them : ). Tony speaks Italian so for my family that's an extra bonus!

For future reference, I think their office hours start late afternoon cause they stay late to accomodate appointments at night for people after work and on nights they have a showcase, they won't be there.
