I thought they were AMAZING we were going to pay 5,000 for the entire night with the full package including a live singer and calypso band for the cocktail hour

They were the DJ at our best man's wedding last year and did a great job.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience after our followup meeting (went back on their word, then raised the price, etc) so we didn't feel comfortable booking with them. I read a similar review on LIW after it happened to me.

That said, I hear great reviews.

My FH knows the owner from back in the day. We went to meet with him and we were very impressed. Pricing isnt bad 1900 for a dj and mc and there are extras on top of that. They give you a demo when you meet with them of their DJ work and all of their extras: calypso band, jass band, percussionist, vocalist, etc. If we werent booking a band, we would have booked them hands down. I also met with two other DJs one was impressive, the other wasnt. FM for details.

We booked them. We really liked their presentation and felt their prices were comparable to others we met with. We got a jazz trio for cocktail hour.

I think they are over priced and over rated. I was very unhappy with what they did with me when I considered booking them!

we looked at booking them but there prcing seemed high compared to others in there catagory, and we decided to wait a little while longer, then fh's brither got married and had them, we werent impressed, they paid for extra people and when you turned around and werent watching them play, you couldnt tell that it was anything more the a dj. just my opinion though, i have heard lots of good things too
