Okay so I got some advice to get a brazillian wax for the HM but I have VERY fair skin, I do my eyebrows but I can barley shave witha razor down there because I get the BUMPS! ARGH hate the bumps, but anyway I was thinking about doing a test run in June and then again the last week od Sept.
Have any of you girls done, thinking about doing it?

I also have pretty sensitive skin down there and I had one done this past summer. I recommend getting it done several days before the wedding because it feels sore for a day or two afterwards. Also, take advil before you have it done.
I didnt get any red bumps or anything from it and it lasted weeks! I recommend it.

I do it every month--- I wont lie, its painful-- but worth it.... And if you get it done properly-- There are no bumps-- no irritaion past the first (or second) day.

I'm getting my first brazilian next month b4 our vacation to Aruba. Our wedding is in May so figured I'd try it out now and see how I react to it b4 the big day. I heard great things about Ella @ Frasada in Oceanside so I made my appt with her. Hopefully all goes well.

personally i think it's great! and it's not that painful. only the first time hurts. i go once a month and i love it! lol if you live in brooklyn i recommend Mimis in Bay Ridge.

i dont find it to be as painful as people have described it...i chose to do it for the same reason sensitive skin and its worth the little pain it give...ans 2nd please go to a spa..i go to bliss they use a candle like wax and i think thats the best way to go...good luck and do a trial run soon

definitely get it done about a week before your honeymoon....you won't get bumps, but you make experience puffiness. It hurts! I won't lie, but take an aspirin before, and you'll be fine. After the first day, you forget the pain. It really is worth it..IMO
