Ask your DJ for recommendations. When I was in college, a guy I knew used to breakdance in conjunction with some DJ company on the Island. If I still had his contact info, I'd call him for you, but we lost touch a few years ago.

I agree with this. A DJ company may know someone reputable with experience.

My DJ didn't know of anyone. I did find a group but they are in NJ but are willing to come out to LI. I would prefer someone already on LI

Wow, I thought your DJ would have known of someone. I'm going to the expo at the Hilton tomorrow - if I see any info on breakdancers, I'll pick it up for you and FM you contact info and such. FH is going with me to the expo - I'm going to LMAO if he sees me perusing any breakdancers' tables!!!!

OMG....all I want is breakdancers at the wedding!! I actually contacted the rock steady crew, and they are sooooooo expensive. Try some dance schools or maybe even some high schools. I know the school I teaach at has a breakdancing club...
