Breakdown

Ok all,
I will admit it. I have my first offical breakdown today...

Completely lost it at work after the 50,000th person asked me how I was doing and if I was ready... Went into my office and closed the door and just cried..

14 days left and I just feel exhausted, mentally, emtionally, spiritually. I really am just ready to get to that day and in joy the hours and years of work that I have put into this!

Sorry for spilling, I just know that you all understand..

i agree! drink the whole damn bottle if you want to!!!

i cant even tell you how many people asked me 'are you ready for the big day?'. and surprisingly enough i could say 'yes, i am!'. but i was fortunate enough to be an independent contractor during my wedding planning which basically means i dont have the typical 9-5 job and could get everything done on my own time. i give alot of credit to you girls who work all day and then come home and plan! i dont think i would have had the energy to do it all! and believe me, if i were you, i defnitely would've had more than 1 breakdown!!!! feel better!!!!

I am totally with you! I have 9 days to go and counting. Had my first little breakdown on Wednesday. Went home and had that wine! Hugs to you!

at the rate i am going i will have one before i hit the year mark!

but seriously just relax and enjoy this time. . . what you are feeling is something i think all brides go through!

don't worry sweetie, all us brides go through it and of course we understand... not that it makes it any easier on you. we're here for you though and you can vent to us anytime. just try to think about how amazing your day is going to be... it's almost here and then all that exhaustion and all that stress will be lifted off of your shoulders. and it's true... if you got this far and it's your 1st breakdown - you're not doing bad at all!! you'll get there, sweetie - almost!!

Thank you everyone for the support... i feel really silly but i know that you all understand....

The picture....

He proposed in the middle of boradway and 47th during the macys thanksgiving parade (2004).. The reporter that took that picture estimates that there were about 10,000 people that witnessed it. and the picture ended up in newspapers all over the world.....

We had our first date right there... we met on line and that is the intersection where we fell in love!

I am glad someone asked about the pic, I was wondering what it was about myself, great story.

As far as the breakdown, of course its understandable. Try being 2 months pregnant as well, not only do i get asked constantly if i am ready and if everything is done, I am now getting asked how I am going to get prepared to be a mom so soon after getting married and how am i going to handle it, so I know how you feel and its completely overwhelming.
Like everyone said, sit down with some wine and relax, and while you are at it, have a glass for me
