Re: breakfast ideas and recipies.....
Me and FH make this almost very saturday...nothing is exact, its always to taste.
for 1 serving: 2 eggs 2 slices of prosciutto (or bacon or ham) 1 English muffin Lemon juice chives Olive Oil Cracked pepper
Toast the english muffins. Cook the eggs sunny side up or fryed over easy (either way the yolk should be runny) Fry up (normally we just bake the prosciutto in the toaster) prosciutto, bacon or ham
Chop the chives and whisk them together with the lemon juice and olive oil (You want it to be tangy so alittle more lemon juice then olive oil)
Put the english muffins (both sides next to eachother) on the plate, on top of that put the meat, then the eggs and drizzle the lemon juice mixture on top. Top off with cracked pepper.
not a healthy alternative, but very tasty

Re: breakfast ideas and recipies.....
I make this breakfast that my family loves....
I usually use the Ecce Panis bread that you can find in BJ's or Costco or individual hard rolls are ok (not kaiser rolls)
hollow out the bread to leave a shell like you would for dip, keep all the insides separate from each other, I usually put them into baggies.
In a bowl whisk one egg, add some parmesan cheese, basil, salt & pepper then add the bread pieces into the egg mixture.
When that's all mixed up put this mixture into the bread shell and then do the same for each roll.
Put them on a cookie sheet, sprinkle a little more parmesan on top and bake until they become golden on top and when you insert a toothpick it comes out clean.

Re: breakfast ideas and recipies.....
sweet breakfast.. i love these so does FH.... i love nutella and it's sooooooo good...
cinnamon sugar toast with nutella and bananas..
Cinnamon & Sugar (mix them together) Butter Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread) Bananas Sliced bread (2 per sandwich)
i use a big pan to toast the bread in or if you have a griddle that works better.. Melt butter on the pan, then place the bread on the pan..... flip it then take ur cinnamon sugar mixture and sprinkle some on the bread and flip it over. cook for a few seconds.... Take it off the pan... the side with no cinnamon sugar, put nutella on it... then put ur sliced up banana on top of that. put another piece of bread with the cinnamon sugar on it.... and enjoy...

Re: breakfast ideas and recipies.....
I have a recipe for really good quiche. You could make it with bacon or broccoli, and since it is basically egg and cheese it's very breakfasty.
