Breaking up with a vendor

Breaking up with a vendor

I know I asked this once before, but I put off contacting the vendor because I was nervous about doing it so I need your help with wording again...

I need to break up with my hair person because I don't feel confident that they will be able to accomplish what I want on my wedding day. I found someone else who I feel very happy with.

Even though I have a deposit down with the first person, I'm fine with losing it - I just want to know how to break the news...

'due to unforeseen circumstances, I will no longer need your services...??'

Help pleaseeee!!!!!

If only you can write

'I found better'.

That is hard, maybe 'I am writing to let you know I will not need your services on (ur wedding date).'

You really don't have to tell them why, especially if you're not demanding your deposit back.

i agree ... and you can even add 'i realize this means I will lose my deposit, but unfortunately, i don't have another choice. Thank you for your understanding'
