anyone been to one? Thoughts?

I went to Breezes Runaway Bay in Jamaica. The rooms were okay but the pool, beach and food was excellant. I personally did not like Jamaica because you can't leave the resort because it is not safe.

I went to one in the Bahamas. It was about 10 years ago, so I dont remember everything. I thought the rooms were nice and clean...nothing over the top...but nice. The food was good. And the service was excellent

My cousin got married at Sandals in the Bahamas 2 years ago and we stayed at Breezes. IMO it was horrible!!! It rained the first 2 days we were there and a lot of people were complaining that there rooms were flooding/ceilings leaking. My moms room had carpet and it smelled moldy. The food was not great either. We booked for a week and wound up leaving after 3 days and staying at Atlantis for the last part of the vacation.

OMG! I guess a lot can change in 10 years!!! I'm glad you posted so she didnt go by my review!
