Brenda..Question?

I know you lived out of state, and got married on LI. I was wondering how you got your marriage license? Did you have to fly in to do it in person, or can it done long distance? If anyone else knows about this please let me now. thanks!

Brenda..Question?

I know Kate, that's what I'm afraid of. But I know there are a couple other out of state brides who either got married or are getting married on LI, so I was curious how th marriage license works.

Brenda..Question?

We went to town hall in Islip, three days before the wedding. I was worried about it also, but there was nothin to be worried about. We got there really early, about 10am and there was no wait. It's valid 24 hours after you receive it.

There's also a town hall in Patchouge. Do yourself a favor and find out where you will be going and what there hours are before hand.

Good Luck!!!

Thanks everyone! If I can get it within a week of the wedding, then it shouldn't be a problem.

Everyone was thrilled with the individuality of the gift.
