Is there anyone else who is interested in getting married at the Brentwood Country Club? If so, would you mind telling me what they are offering you? I was quoted at $11,995 for Sat night with an additional $70 per person for over 100 ppl.
I am such a loser. I can't negotiate for the life of me. lol

For Sat. night...that is a great price. I was quoted $12,995 w/70pp over 100 in Sept. It is the most popular month I am finding. For April,July and August the price was $11,995. Marginal difference. Besides, it includes all of your vendors and your BM would be like your Wedding Planner...without the extra expense.
Its a nice place though and I read a lot of great reviews. I am considering it, but it is far from where I live...which is Brooklyn and my guest list keeps growing. So it may be too small now.

I checked it out and they quoted me around the same price for a sat night in early november. Make sure to look around because I think that they do a good job and all but their 'package deal' isn't really that much of a deal if you are looking for more that just BASICS. The place is nice but I planned my whole wedding for less somewhere else when I include everything along with the hall. The difference is, I have had to do the research myself and if you use their package, you don't have to do that. It is a nice place though. The only thing I didn't really like was the bathrooms and the bridal suite was ok. Hopefully they are either working on that separate cocktail room now or they are going to get that done soon because that was something that I wasn't too sure about either. Overall, the place was pretty good.

I think they just re-did the bathrooms. They looked new when I was there the other day. the bridal suite is on the small side for our bridal party, so that wouldn't work. The BM did say they were waiting for permits to construct the CH addition. So an alternative was a really nice white tent which would be placed outside behind the main room. It would take about a month or so to get done...but they sounded frustrated with the town on Islip.
It does sound like a great deal...but if you can do it yourself for less...that is awesome. Aren't they the same owners of Raphael Vineyard? That tid bit and some of the reviews are what made me check them out. If its big enough for your party, its a good option compared to a lot of the other All Inclusives. Good Luck!
That is a very good price, we looked at the brentwood country club as well but decided to go with another hall. Whats great is they have all the vendors for you so you won't have to go through the hassle of booking vendors - and believe me it will save you money. I think its your best bet...
