We are not using them, we are using Infinity but i have heard great things about Bret Matthews. If you want to see their work, Bridal Reflections in Carle Place has a sample there in the waiting area.

My FSIL used them...her pictures were absolutely spectacular. If we werent on such a tight budget I would have totally went w/ them - I dont have any details on how they were to work w/ or anything but if my pictures come out half as nice as hers did I would be happy!

Thanks, that's how I felt when I saw one of my friend's pictures from them. Are they pricey for a photographer?

We're using them, and so far our epics came out GREAT! All of their work that I have seen has been fabulous.

'Pricey' is all relevant....its all a matter of what you want to spend your money on. But if you ask my FSIL - she thinks it was well worth it.

I think June262004 used them. do a search on the brides review - you'll probably find a few people.

We are using them for our 06 wedding. Our epics came out great. They were very easy to work with.

I'm using them this Oct. Pricey is an understatement, BUT totally worth every penny IMO. I grew up around the corner from their studio and have been admiring their work for years. I went in there basically dreaming that I could use them, we sat for the demo, and FI looks at me and says 'If I have to get a 2nd job, I will!!! We're using them'

I'm glad you like them, have you heard anything about bad customer service? I've been looking at other posts and there are some negative ones.

Only the few comments (pretty much by the same person) on here when I originally did a search. But, I've come to the conclusion that you're always going to find a bad review on everyone eventually. People are human and mistakes happen. If you go there and like what you see and are comfortable with the people.....than that should be enough. They did tell me that they have 4 photography crews and will only book 3 events on a particular day just in case something happens and they need to send out an emergency crew for whatever reason ie, camera brakes, car accident...you get the idea.

Great to know. Thisis precisely why I would never pick a photography company or a band company with one option. You have to have back up in case of emergencies.
