For those that have attended or had their reception in this room, how many people would you say fit comfy in this room? And how many guests for cocktail hour in the winter garden pavilion?

This is a spin off from another post.....I really liked this place but I'm afraid that if I have most of my 220 guests invited reply yes they won't fit

They told us 200 during our initial visit but I really don't see how. For cocktail hour (which is my indoor venue if weather is bad) 200 may be okay. For a sit down dinner I could see 150 (180 max) fitting comfortably.

That's what I thought, I really liked the place but I'm afraid to book and then having more than 180 show up.

I'm having my dinner in the Briar Fox, and I definitely think anything over 150 will be crowded. Sorry.
