My FH and I are going to meet and negotiate our contract with our photographer on Thursday. I am wondering how many pages do I need for an album? How many pages is everyone getting? Thanks for the help!
We are getting our album done in terms of the amount of pictures, not pages. Some pictures, if they are small like 3x5 or some that are larger like panoramic shots take up less or more pages, respectively. Our pictures can be of any size we choose, up to 10 x 10. So our contract is written for a specific number of photos, not pages. Hope that helps in your negotiating. BTW, we get 40 photos for our album, and 18 5x7’s in each of our parents albums.
one of the better packages and are getting 60 10x10 pictures for our album(up to 10X10) and 20 pages of 5x5 or 5x7 for our parents, which we need 3 (FH's parents are divorced) and that we negotiated. Originally, our parents albums would have been 28 pictures for 2 albums, but since we had to get the third - we took some out of each and are paying for the leather bound. We thought we'd get my parents a big picture to compensate! Hope that helps!
