I have one.
I don't actually plan on going to the bathroom on my wedding day. I'm shy and no one is going to sit there holding up my dress as I pee. I'll hold it till I can take my dress off.

Re: bridal attendant?
Let me just tell a quick story about the importance of a BA....My sister got married 4 years ago. When we were getting her into her dress at my parents house, the zipper (whihc we told the bridal store was not strong enough) tore off the dress!!!
Well, my sister was ridiculously calm (because we would let her see how bad it was). We tried to sew the dress together with no luck. She walked down the aisle with safety pins holing her dress together and her back pretty much exposed.
When we got to Westbury Manor (I had called to tell them what happened) her BA took her to the suite, sewed the dress together in about three minutes and it looked awesome!! She didn't miss any of the CH and we just cut her out of it at the end of the night.
You might not see a need for a BA...but anything can happen and they are equipped to deal with anything!!
(Sorry so long!!)

Re: bridal attendant?
yeah my sister's ba was awesome. She just made sure she had anything she needed for the night. Getting her food, drinks, fixing her makeup, helping with the dress, etc etc. She is there to make the bride's time much more enjoyable and less stressful!

If you're getting married at the Riviera in Brooklyn, then they don't usually have one. BUT, not to worry. There waitstaff is incredible, I had two friends get married there and neither of them lacked for anything. No worries.

Oh no - now I am getting nervous!!! My RH did tell me that I wouldnt have a BA - but the Maitre D pretty much takes care of anything/everything that goes wrong (hopefully nothing - but I doubt that!) and I have heard from other brides who have gotten married there not to worry b/c the Maitre D and DOC pretty much have everything covered.... I so hope that is true!!
