Bridal Boot Camp!

I started last week and oh WOW am I sore! I'm the laziest person so I need a little push, esp at the gym!!

My gym (Gold's Gym) offers a 'boot camp' set up just for brides. Muscle tone in the areas we all need...flabby arms, flat stomach...etc. He kicks my butt, but the BURN feels great!

Its 20 weeks/5 months. I love my trainer too. He's the best!!

I really credit my boot camp class for getting me into awesome shape for the wedding.

Keep up the good work...it is sooo worth it.

THat's great. I have a gym where I work so I try to go there, but it's so easy to just go home instead of going to the gym after work. Next weekend will be one year to my wedding so I'm going to really have to start getting in shape again.

That's awesome. I joined a gym after work and I go with a few ppl from work. That gets me motivated to go. But that bridal boot camp sounds cool!!!

THATS AWESOMEEE.. i know nysc has it but its a little pricey i felt for what they were offerening.. when my wedding is a little closer and if desperation sets in i might do it.. but i wonder how much golds is??
