Hi! I was wondering if anyone has done Bridal Boot Camp or something like it? I just finished my 3rd of 16 workouts and I can barely feel my arms. My legs were in hurting a lot on Monday, but they are now okay. I am just loooking for feed back from girls that did this before their wedding and lived!!!! I need a little motivation to get me through the next 7 weeks. LOL Any before and after pictures?

I live in Westchester County, so I am taking it at a gym up here. I think they have something like it at a lot of gyms.

I am taking it at Club Fit in Braircliff (Westchester County). I am not sure if there is a Club Fit out in Long Island. I just called around and asked if the gym offered Bridal Boot Camp or something like it. I think a lot of places teach it now. I am loving it, not liking the pain, but loving the class.

That sounds like fun...but alot of work. I really should try to find one of those.
