I started looking into Rock your Body Transformation center, they have a bridal bootcamp, but i ended up just going back to my kickboxing gym. THis place is in Mineola, dont know if that's too far for some of you

I landed up doing a boot camp in Bellmore. There's tons of coupons for a lot of different ones . I start tomorrow I'm very nervous I haven't gone to a place to exercise in ages. I have a treadmill and weights at home.
