Anyone have any easy at home bicep tricep workout suggestions? I swore I wouldn't get a strapless dress and I did, now I have to get the 'guns' in shape!

I'm working one on one with a personal trainer and its a bridal bootcamp. I do circut training of a half hour and then a half hour of cardio. I work out not just my arms but all the other muscles. Don't forget...just because you want fantastic arms...what about the honeymoon and bathing suit?!!

Hee hee! Thanks! You're totally right! I told Fh I wanted sessions with a trainer for Christmas and he thinks I am putting him up to a test! I love the billy blanks bootcamp too.

Re: Bridal bootcamp!
I am currently doing the Billy Blanks Bootcamp workout and it's totally shaping my arms! I am so happy with the results. It's an all over workout, so my entire body is toning up! It's worth the money!!!! Just another option

Also if you want, go to Sports Authority and get resistance bands. They help too sculpt arms and legs. I'm a big fan of walking too on an incline on the treadmil.

I can stay motivated while doing the tapes, but I am not motivated to do anything. I keep telling myself I have time. I only want to tone up and possibly lose about 5pds, so I keep saying after the holidays. I am so pathetic . I need to get my butt in gear.

When I do the workouts, I turn the volume down and blast the radio. I find that listening to them counting and stuff like that makes it very hard for me to get into it. Since doing it this way, the workouts go by quicker for me
I follow the workout schedule that came with the DVD's and it's been working great for me. My FI even does it with me
