Does anyone know where there is a good bridal bootcamp program on Long Island? If anyone knows, please let me know...I really need to start the 'get in shape' process soon!
I am not looking to spend a ton of money...well under $1000 if do-able and I live in Massapequa and work in Farmingdale (on the Suffolk side) so I am looking for one nearby.

NYSC has bridal bootcamp, I'm not sure how much it costs.....HTH

New York Sports Club has a Bridal Bootcamp but I think it's over $1000.

I am looking to take a bootcamp class. Where do you teach? Can you let me know what it is like? I live in Nassau and won't go to any part of the city to work out...I just don't have the will power to travel like that. Let me know a little about the class, cost, location, etc.

well I teach right now at adelphi universtiy and if you lie and say you go here than its free. LOL
I used to teach at Lucille Roberts and at a pilates studio but it got to be too much. I have a full time job as an Environmental Scientist and I'm a Masters candidate at Adelphi so it just seemed easier. Plus they pay me alot better. Anyway, they are done for the semester but FM me in Jan and I'll let you know the new class schedule for next year.
Free is much better than $1000 if you have the discipline. Plus its right in the middle of Nassau...
