I recommend the 10 week program at CKO...there is one in Brooklyn and LI (and NJ) it is kickboxing, personal training and nutrition help. THe program is geared so you will lose body fat. Its intense. Im only 2 weeks in and I see a big difference already

I belong to Equinox and love their classes. I've become a fan of the classes at the Great Neck location, but they're all excellent. The monthly fees are kinda pricey, but well worth it! I've belonged to their competitors in the past and would never go back. I heart Equinox and their facilities & classes!!
i dont know what area u're in in Queens - but i know the NYSports Club on Austin St. in forest hills offers it! I would then assume that all the NYSports Club locations do! good luck!
