Bridal Bootcamp

Does anyone know of any bridal bootcamp places on long island besides the one in Manhasset?

I don't know of any other locations, but can you give me more info about this.. It's definitely something I'm interested in!

Yep there is one!!!

But no info until April... I emailed her around 1 month ago and she says they are getting all the info to start on May... So dont know anythin about it yet... but here is the Link

I AM SO GOING WHEN THEY START!!!!!!!!!

This is what I got in her email response

'My facility will open in early April or late May. I will email you the information of my fitness programs, price and class schedule once it becomes available.

i think it goes around $200....
But this one I am not sure...
I was going to enroll into a normal bootcamp n it was aorund $200 i think...
Whenever i get the Info, I will let everyone know =)

OMG this sounds NUTS! lol 4 times a week?! that's more than I ever went to the gym each week when I was trying to lose weight last year! That's CRAZY! I am so out of shape though.

I am interested, jsut not sure if I can do the 4 times a week!

Has anyone ever tried this? If so, how many months before you see real results? If you do it for 6 months, how much progress can one make?
