?? Bridal Building ??

I just posted and the post vanished.. weird..

I'm supposed to go this weekend.. Has anyone actually been to the building in the city (1385 Broadway)? What was your experience there? Did you have an appointment? Go on a Saturday?

I can't get though on their phone number. I did a search through old posts on here and can't find many people that actually went.. Anyone??

Thanks in advance!

Re: ?? Bridal Building ??

IMO not worth the trip.. but everyone is different. there are a handful of stores and they are tiny..

from what i remember there is one or two of them that carried a nice selection of tiaras and veils.. but as far as dresses it was cramped to browse..

if you are going to NYC you may want to stop by RK bridal and have a look there..

I LOVE the Bridal Building. You can go Saturdays from 9 - 3 and they tell you which floors are open. They are all showrooms. On the weekends they have sample sales at some for $199. I ordered my gown through Best Bridal in the B. Building at a substantial discount. I also ordered my bridesmaid dresses there for $159 including alterations, and the same dress was $213 at Macy's, no alterations. FM me if you have specific questions.

Almost everyone from my church knows about the bridal building and goes to Best Bridal. That's where I'm getting my BM dresses from. My suggestion is to try on dresses from other places and get the size and maker and go to Best Bridal and order it from there. Almost always will get a better price. I like RK Bridal as well and their selection is so big. Those are the two best places to get wedding party attire and gowns if you are going into the city. Hope this helps!
