Bridal Center - Going out of buisness!!!!

Happy New Year Girls!!!

So two days after Christmas I get a phone call from Lynbrook Bridal that I need to get my gown (to be paid in full) by January 1 because they are going out of business!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it. I hope NO ONE ELSE used them!!!! My wedding is in July.......I need someone to alter the gown....can you recommend someone?

Besides selling dresses, Carmela is a seamstress too. She had her store in Huntington but now is working out of her home.

I thought they already advertised that they were going out of business? I drive past that Bridal Center on Sunrise every day on my way to work..I thought I saw a 'Going out of business' sign on their window a few months back...?

i'm sorry to hear that!

i called them not 2 long ago and asked about coming in to try on dresses..and they told me when they were going to be open as if they were never closing

so weird

Sorry to hear that but I am glad they called you and did the right thing...! If you need a great seamstress, call Jo V. She is in West Babylon...her number: 631.661.4576. She has been my seamstress for years and did my wedding party and my sister's wedding dress and BP...she is terrific....used to work in the bridal dept at Lord n Taylor's. FM me if you want any more info and good luck

I'm actually probably going to use the european tailor that's located across the street from the lynbrook bridal center.. I heard a few good reviews about her on here, and I've used her to have a few party dresses altered. She also makes her own dresses and sells them at the store I think if you want to check her out...
