They basically stole from me knowing I was on a budget- took 4 months for them to ship my items and they all arrived unfinished and falling apart!

first file a report with etsy - second demand a refund - if they wont do that - I will post bad reviews on every site I possibly can!

WOW!!! I would be soooo pissed!!!!!!!!!! Yes I agree post bad reviews on them all over!!!!
Things like this is what keeps me from ordering from there. I have been tempted too but I'm scared of getting ripped off!

you will get your money back through Paypal. It's just like eBay, if you as the buyer arent satisfied you put in a claim. You probably will have to return the merchandise but if you hate it, that's fine.

Good luck. I got taken advantage of by an Etsy seller too and Paypal couldn't help since the item was sent or something. I saved all the correspondence somewhere, I'll look for it. The seller cancelled my order after I was unsatisfied so I couldn't leave feedback and then gave me 8 of 40 dollars back as my refund. I finally got Etsy to make my order go back so that I could leave veeeeery negative feedback. But they couldn't force a refund. I haven't gone on the site again since. Hopefully you get better results.

I have also recently gotten poor quality merch on etsy. It really turned me off to the site, which is sad because a lot of vendors are probably very talented :(
