I have heard so many nightmare stories about this place... I would try either the Wedding Salon in Manhasset or Bridal Accent in East Hills first...Good luck.

I went there and they are very pushy. I made the mistake of giving the women my cell phone number and she kept calling me even after i repeadetly told her i bought a dress already then she would ask about bridesmaid dresses, mod dresses, tiaras. It got very annoying that i call complain She would call me at all hours of the day and night. She called once after 10pm.

I bought my dress there and my BMs ordered from there as well.
I have had a great experience with them so far! They've been very nice to deal with and very sweet anytime I was in there. I have heard stories about them, but luckily, I seem to have escaped the evilness that other eople have encountered there.
They have a beautiful selection of dresses!![]()

One of my best friends bought her dress there and never complained of having a problem with them. I was her MOH and also got my dress there and didn't notice any evil-ness either, thankfully!

Glad to hear a few good stories. I ordered my gown from there and my 7 BM's too.
I am starting to second guess them bc my gown has't come in yet and I am getting nervous, and am starting to believe the stories I have heard. But I fell in love with a dress there and nothing else compared to it.
I have to so aside from that, my experience has been wonderful. Both the sales people who helped with my BM dresses and my dress were delightful.
All my BMs gowns have come in and they look great and the fittings were pleasurable for them.

I bought my dress there and I also hear/heard all the horror stories. I had a few small issues with them but nothing major. Mostly the people that work there were very snotty and rude but my salesperson and seamstress were extremely nice and I had a fine experience with them. My dress came earlier than promised and alterations went smoothly.

Thank you all for your feedback. I just ordered my dress from there on sunday. They were having a trunk show. My mom hated the sales lady but really liked the rep from the designer and felt assured by her. Something in me made me look on the internet last night and I saw two complaints issued to the better business bureau in 2001 about this place and I started freaking out. I am glad to hear some good stories about this place and hopefully it will work out for all of us. Thanks again

I ordered 7 BM dresses there. Everyone was super nice and I almost ordered my dress there too. They haven't come in yet, though, so....I'll keep you posted!

Place sucks, if youre not willing to shell out over $5k they look at you like a piss ant
I gave them my budget of $2500 and they sent me to the basement to look at sample sale dresses
then when I argued I finally got to look upstairs then they lady kept screaming how the size 18 dress looks great.
I told her that the whole worlkd doesnt need to know what size I am

Wacky - I have to respectfully disagree![]()
The dress I bought there was less expensive than any other dress I tried on in any other store.....waaaaaaaaaaaaaay less than $5000....it was actually under $2000.
And although, they left the dressign room room open (not the only place to do so though), they never screamed my size anywhere!![]()

I was in my cousin's wedding last year and we got our BM dresses there. My experience on the whole was good with them - dress came in early and alterations were great as well.
I recently went with a friend to look for her wedding gown there and we felt like the saleswoman helping us was only telling her that the most expensive gowns looked nice on her. Other than that, our experiences were good there.
