Bridal Elegance in Huntington & Christina Wu

Hi All!!

As a lot of you know, I posted a thread on here a couple weeks ago about being FED UP with dress shopping and I don't even want to look at another dress for a while!

Well, I started doing some research again and i was thinking about making an appointment at Bridal Elegance in Huntington (on Jericho Tpke). What do you guys know/think about that place?

Also, I was on looking at dresses by Christina Wu and some of them look really pretty, but of course, I want to try them on. Thoughts on her designs? Anyone try on anything by her? Some of the ones I like are below...

The last dress is by *** Solano and they carry her stuff at Bridal Elegance too. Any thoughts on her designs/dresses?

haven't tried any of the designer's dresses you mentioned but i just wanted to say - these dresses that you posted are gorgeous! i take it your looking for a lace-y gown?

Yeah! I love lace and a fitted type of gown! I've tried on a LOT like that and ALMOST decided on Maggie Sottero's Phillipa, but now I'm second guessing that one. I was drawn to Maggies because she has the lace up back, but Christina Wu seems to have them as well! I am excited to try on something different... it has been Maggie Maggie Maggie since I started trying on gowns!

I ordered a Christina Wu bridesmaid dress from Bridal Elegance for my sister's wedding in Feb. Bridal Elegance gave a good price for the dress and I had no problems with the ordering/delivery process.

I also had my alterations done at Bridal Elegance. Unfortunately, there were a lot of problems with the alterations and I ultimately had to bring the dress to another seamstress (and pay again for the alterations) to have the dress fixed so that it would be wearable for the wedding.
